*sigh* I think I’ve finally caught up. Being on vacation and trying to keep up is harder than I thought but I finally got some down time to sit and blog (while watching Fashion Star).
So day 29’s challenge is for us to tell our favorite time of the year and why. This is a no brainer. Summer. For as long as I can remember, probably going back 27 years or so, the summer time has been my favorite time of the year. I look forward to days and nights at the beach, cookouts, being tanned, traveling, concerts, late nights and being a teacher I kind of have no work (I still tutor and teach summer school but it’s better than 5x a week 8 hours a day).
My birthday is at the end of the summer but I still look forward to it. It usually marks the summer being over but on August 1, I begin my month-long celebration. This summer I will traveling to California and Vegas, attending Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z’s concert, and Country Music Festival. Throw in a week-long fashion week and the start of school and that’s only part of my summer.
I can’t wait to see what this summer brings!!!
