I would have to say my guilty pleasure is lounging on a Saturday watching the SoapNet channel with reruns of Beverly Hills 90210, Veronica Mars, and Gilmore Girls. It runs from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm. and I have to say and I’m not ashamed to admit it, I have done this many times without one ounce of guilt.
Every now and then you need a day, I like to call them mental health days, where you don’t have to worry about anything. Watching these shows brings me back to a time in my life where I didn’t have a lot of responsibilities and let’s just face it~ these shows are fantastic!

I so miss the original Beverly Hills 90210, loved that show! I love watching my reruns: That 70’s show, Will & Grace, Everybody Loves Raymond, and even Roseanne. I seem to find myself indulging in my favorite dark chocolate more when watching these, something about great shows make you want to snack while watching.
I was home sick the other day and I was ecstatic when I found BH 90210 on a channel!! It’s the little things lol
I need to take more mental heath days! 😀
